You don’t need to get back to who you were.

You need to know how to look after who you’ve become.

Practical support for pregnancy, postpartum and the transition into motherhood so you’re not left figuring out how to look after yourself once the baby arrives.

Pregnancy, birth and motherhood change your body, your energy, your sleep, your hormones, your relationship with food. Sometimes your whole sense of who you are.

I’m here to help you feel like yourself again, exactly as you are now.

You spent months preparing for the baby.

You spent months preparing for the baby.

But who was preparing you for YOU?

You researched the pram, packed the hospital bag, thought about birth. Read about feeding, nappies and sleep.

You probably know exactly where the baby is going to sleep and have more muslins than any one household could reasonably need.

But how much did anyone tell you about what happens to you afterwards?

How you’ll feed yourself when you’re holding a newborn. What those first few days might actually feel like. How tired you might be. What recovery can look like.

What your partner can actually do to help without waiting for you to delegate it.

Or how strange it can feel to love your baby more than anything and still not quite recognise yourself.

We prepare women really bloody well for having babies.

I think we need to get much better at preparing them for becoming mothers, too.

That’s why I built the Nourished Village

Postpartum shouldn’t be another thing you’re expected to figure out as you go.

I’m not interested in giving new mums another impossible routine to follow. Or a perfect postpartum diet. Or telling you that if you just meal prep, sleep when the baby sleeps and remember to “ask for help”, everything will be fine.

I want you to have useful information before you desperately need it.

Food that works in real life. People around you who actually know how to help, with some idea of what might be coming and somewhere to turn when you have a question.

Real support that remembers there is a whole human being on the other side of that baby.

That’s what Nourished Village is for.

The Nourished Village

The postpartum preparation I wish women were given in the first place.

A private membership for pregnancy and postpartum, built to give you practical information, useful tools and actual human support without turning looking after yourself into another job.

Inside you’ll find:

The 2am Library
Short videos, practical guides, checklists and tools for the questions that turn up when you actually need them.

The Village
A private community of mums preparing for and navigating this season alongside you.

Weekly Village Q&A
Somewhere to ask when something isn’t clear, you don’t know where to start or you want help making sense of the general guidance.

New resources + expert sessions
The Village will keep growing with useful resources and specialist masterclasses.

And no, you don’t need to “complete” any of it. It’s not a course.

Come in. Find what you need. Ignore what you don’t. Come back when something changes.

You might like it here if…

  • You’re pregnant and have suddenly realised you’ve prepared an awful lot for the baby and not very much for yourself.
  • You’re newly postpartum and wondering why nobody mentioned half of this.
  • You’re exhausted and feeding yourself has somehow become one more thing to organise.
  • You’d quite like someone to tell your partner what useful help looks like so you don’t have to.
  • You’ve Googled the same question twelve different ways and somehow feel less sure than when you started.
  • You want evidence-informed support without being told there’s one “right” way to mother.
  • You want to feel looked after too.
  • And maybe you don’t even know what you need yet. (That’s allowed here as well.)

Come into the Village.

I’m Kimberley

Hiii, I’m Kimberley.

Certified Nutrition Consultant. Mum. History geek. Terrible cook. And someone who thinks we’ve got postpartum preparation completely backwards.

I knew a lot about looking after myself before I became a mum.

And then I became one.

Knowing what would probably be good for you and actually managing to do it when you’re exhausted, recovering and responsible for a tiny human are two very different things.

That’s a huge part of why this work exists.

My background is in nutrition, but I don’t believe postpartum wellbeing starts and ends with what’s on your plate.

Food is important..but so is sleep, recovery, movement, stress, support, your relationships and the enormous identity shift that happens when you become somebody’s mum.

I also don’t believe there’s one correct version of motherhood.

Breastfeed. Bottle feed. Mix feed.

Have the epidural.

Don’t have the epidural.

Live a bit crunchy.

Get the Botox.

Buy the good coffee.

I want you to have good information, understand your options and feel confident making the decisions that are right for you.

And when something sits outside my scope?

I’ll tell you.

Let’s connect
