If you’re pregnant right now you’re probably living on toast, plain pasta, maybe the occasional cracker if you’re feeling brave. You’ve googled “is it bad that I’m not eating vegetables” more times than you’d like to admit, usually around 2am, usually followed by twelve more tabs and zero answers.

And somewhere in there, you’ve started to feel guilty. Like you’re failing at this before you’ve even properly started.

You’re not. I promise you!

Eating what stays down is absolutely not a failure. It’s pregnancy doing what pregnancy does, and food guilt has no place in it. There is no good food or bad food list you’re supposed to be hitting right now. There’s just what works for your body this week, and that’s allowed to be beige toast.

The part that’s actually hard isn’t the food itself, but the not knowing what matters and what’s just noise. Which supplement gaps are worth worrying about. What’s actually useful to know early on versus what’s just going to send you down another rabbit hole at midnight.

That’s exactly what I’m here for with my Deep Dive Sessions.

One 60 minute call, just us. We go through what’s actually on your mind, whatever stage you’re at, and you leave with a written summary and a plan that’s for you and your pregnancy. No more piecing it together from eleven different sources at midnight.

An hour that gets you out of your head and into something solid.

If that’s what you need right now, I’d love to see you on a call.

I’m Kimberley

Hiii, I’m Kimberley.

Certified Nutrition Consultant. Mum. History geek. Terrible cook. And someone who thinks we’ve got postpartum preparation completely backwards.

I knew a lot about looking after myself before I became a mum.

And then I became one.

Knowing what would probably be good for you and actually managing to do it when you’re exhausted, recovering and responsible for a tiny human are two very different things.

That’s a huge part of why this work exists.

My background is in nutrition, but I don’t believe postpartum wellbeing starts and ends with what’s on your plate.

Food is important..but so is sleep, recovery, movement, stress, support, your relationships and the enormous identity shift that happens when you become somebody’s mum.

I also don’t believe there’s one correct version of motherhood.

Breastfeed. Bottle feed. Mix feed.

Have the epidural.

Don’t have the epidural.

Live a bit crunchy.

Get the Botox.

Buy the good coffee.

I want you to have good information, understand your options and feel confident making the decisions that are right for you.

And when something sits outside my scope?

I’ll tell you.

Let’s connect
