Hey there my love!

Okay so this weekend I made a spring wreath. I always wanted to do it and so I signed up for a workshop and went for it. Moss and flowers everywhere, absolutely loved it!

Anyway. Spring is here and I am genuinely so happy about it (can you tell?!). The energy shift is real, the longer days are everything (hayfever on the other hand….)

I just wanted to pop in and say hi and see how you are all getting on. Because honestly, I think about this community a lot. Whether you are in the thick of trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, or somewhere in the postpartum trenches wondering when you last ate something that wasn’t beige, I just want you to know I see you.

This is literally why I do what I do. I have been that woman. Running on empty, not understanding why, trying to hold it all together. Nobody told me how much nutrition was going to matter and how little support there would be. So here I am.

If your cycle is all over the place and you want a proper starting point, grab my Guide to a Healthier Cycle. It is so practical and it will actually make sense of things.

And if you want proper support that is just for you, come and have a look at my Work With Me page. No pressure, just have a nosy.

I’m Kimberley

Hiii, I’m Kimberley.

Certified Nutrition Consultant. Mum. History geek. Terrible cook. And someone who thinks we’ve got postpartum preparation completely backwards.

I knew a lot about looking after myself before I became a mum.

And then I became one.

Knowing what would probably be good for you and actually managing to do it when you’re exhausted, recovering and responsible for a tiny human are two very different things.

That’s a huge part of why this work exists.

My background is in nutrition, but I don’t believe postpartum wellbeing starts and ends with what’s on your plate.

Food is important..but so is sleep, recovery, movement, stress, support, your relationships and the enormous identity shift that happens when you become somebody’s mum.

I also don’t believe there’s one correct version of motherhood.

Breastfeed. Bottle feed. Mix feed.

Have the epidural.

Don’t have the epidural.

Live a bit crunchy.

Get the Botox.

Buy the good coffee.

I want you to have good information, understand your options and feel confident making the decisions that are right for you.

And when something sits outside my scope?

I’ll tell you.

Let’s connect

Preparing for a baby?

Don’t forget to prepare for the bit where you come home with one.
Get practical pregnancy + postpartum support, things I wish someone had told me, and really bloody useful ways to make the first few months easier.
