Postpartum nutrition, personalised for you. One call, a real plan, no guesswork.

You’re eating cold toast standing over the sink. You’ve forgotten to drink water again. You pulled out another handful of hair in the shower this morning and told yourself it was fine, totally normal, this is just what happens as a mum.

And maybe some of it is. But not all of it.

Because here’s the thing: postpartum depletion is real and it runs deep. Your body just did something extraordinary and now it’s running on broken sleep, barely-there meals, and the sheer willpower of someone who’s doing everything for everyone else while sitting there, wondering why she feels so broken.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone:

  • Exhaustion that sleep doesn’t seem to fix
  • Hair falling out in ways that worry you beyond belief
  • A body that doesn’t feel like yours anymore
  • Milk supply worries that spiral at 3am
  • Weight loss pressure layered on top of everything else
  • A general sense of depletion that you can’t quite name

You’re not failing. You’re undernourished.

The hard part isn’t just being tired. It’s not knowing what your body actuallllly needs right now. Which nutrients matter most for recovery. Whether the supplements you’re taking are doing anything at all. Why you still feel so flat even when you think you’re eating okay.

That’s exactly where a Deep Dive Session comes in.

It’s one 60-minute call, just you and me. No rushing, no generic advice, no being handed a leaflet. You talk through what’s actually on your mind, wherever you are in your postpartum journey. And you leave with a written summary and a plan that’s made for you.

No more piecing it together from instagram at 3am while the baby finally sleeps.

I’m Kimberley

Hiii, I’m Kimberley.

Certified Nutrition Consultant. Mum. History geek. Terrible cook. And someone who thinks we’ve got postpartum preparation completely backwards.

I knew a lot about looking after myself before I became a mum.

And then I became one.

Knowing what would probably be good for you and actually managing to do it when you’re exhausted, recovering and responsible for a tiny human are two very different things.

That’s a huge part of why this work exists.

My background is in nutrition, but I don’t believe postpartum wellbeing starts and ends with what’s on your plate.

Food is important..but so is sleep, recovery, movement, stress, support, your relationships and the enormous identity shift that happens when you become somebody’s mum.

I also don’t believe there’s one correct version of motherhood.

Breastfeed. Bottle feed. Mix feed.

Have the epidural.

Don’t have the epidural.

Live a bit crunchy.

Get the Botox.

Buy the good coffee.

I want you to have good information, understand your options and feel confident making the decisions that are right for you.

And when something sits outside my scope?

I’ll tell you.
